About Open Door Community Church

Open Door Community Church is a dynamic and diverse body of believers located in Dillon, SC. Our beliefs are based on the Bible and centered on Jesus Christ. Our mission is very simple: to lead people in love to honor and glorify Jesus Christ. At ODCC we’re not just a building or a bunch of committees acting out some complicated religious system; we're a living, breathing body all about helping all people from all backgrounds discover the abundant joy and unsurpassed peace that comes from knowing and serving Jesus Christ.

We invite you to come and fellowship with our church family as you check out one of our worship services. We know that going to a new church can be intimidating, so we try to do things in a way where you’ll feel welcome from the start and never like an outsider. When you come, you can join right in or just sit back and observe. Either way, you’ll discover a warm atmosphere, practical teaching from God's Word and lots of friendly people pursuing God together. And with childcare and classes for all ages, your family will love it too!

God made a promise in the Bible that if we seek after Him, we’ll find Him. You are a valued part of God’s creation and because His deep desire is to be in a relationship with you, it is our desire to be in fellowship with you as you. So come and join us as we seek God together!

Faith

At Open Door Community Church we believe that without faith it is impossible to please God. It is ever our goal to worship, walk, and work by faith and not by the things that are happening or that we see around us. We know that it is by grace we have been saved through our faith in God. And we are thankful that when we pray in faith we are heard, healed, delivered, and set free.

Family

At Open Door Community Church we value the family and we believe church should be a place for people of all ages. So no matter what your family looks like, we welcome your family to worship with our family. In fact, we sincerely pray that you'll become a member of our family! Every Sunday we provide children's ministries alongside our regular services, which provides a age-appropriate environment for kids to encounter Christ.

Leadership

Open Door Community Church is guided by a leadership team who provide overall direction and watch over the spiritual needs of the church. Our pastors provide sound, practical, biblical teaching at each worship service. They have received theological and pastoral training and are equipped to share God's love with our local community. Open Door Community Church is blessed to have a leadership team who is truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will.
